But keep in mind it might take some time for search engines crawl(read your content and index them) your website and update your website keywords' rankings in their search results. But in couple of weeks, if you're not seeing any change, then you should dig into more(like can they index? did they crawl? etc...).

  • Guest posts: You can try to write guest posts but what is it? Guest blogging is basically where you write for other blogs. In return the owner of the blog website will allow you to link to your website.

  • Page Speed: Improve your website performance, if your website is slow then you might get problems with search engines. This is pretty critical as well. Also people don't like slow websites, everybody has tons of things to do and they might simply navigate back and click another website's link. Google PageSpeed Insights tool is a great tool to check your website's speed but you might need to dive into details but it'll give you roughly an idea even if you're not very technical person.

  • Responsive Website: Your website design is pretty critical as well. Some search engines rank the websites and if they do not support mobile devices for example then give poor ranks.

  • New&Updated Content: Well, again content. If you can't write new content, you may try to update your page contents, but you need to be careful with your keywords. You can also add FAQ sections to your pages like "How to find...", "How can ..." as well.
